WARRANTY

This warranty is provided by Preferred Telecomm exclusively to its customers with whom it deals directly; it is not transferable to any other party. By having us repair your equipment, you agree to the terms of this warranty.

Preferred Telecomm warrants its workmanship and the parts it installs for one year from date of repair for all electronic key equipment except for cordless phones, which have a 90 day warranty. Electro-mechanical equipment, answering machines and all other equipment have a 90 day warranty. If your unit requires service on the previous repair during the warranty period, we will gladly repair the original problem at no charge. We  will make all necessary adjustments, repairs or replacements to the equipment or any part thereof within the warranty period at no charge to you for parts or labor. Note that warranty limitations apply to "repair only" and "refurbish only" work.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, written or oral, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular product. Your exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty is for Preferred Telecomm to repair or replace, at Preferred Telecomm's option, any equipment or component parts at Preferred Telecomm's expense. This warranty shall be void if equipment is damaged or rendered unusable by reasons including, but not limited to, misuse, abuse, excessive use or dirt, improper installation or operation, power surge or failure, or any other peril, natural or manmade. Further, this warranty shall be null and void if the warranty sticker has been removed, punctured or otherwise tampered with in any way, or if subsequent repairs or alterations have not been performed by Preferred Telecomm. Warranty is suspended if customer is in arrears for outstanding invoices, fees, penalties, or collection costs.

Neither Preferred Telecomm nor its affiliates, owners or employees shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or costs, including the loss of profits or sales, sustained or incurred in connection with its products or services. Preferred Telecomm will pay for shipping your under warranty unit back to you by UPS ground only. Any costs for inbound shipping or upgraded return shipping to you must be borne by you unless otherwise noted.
