REIMBURSEMENT OF WARRANTY RETURN SHIPPING
REFUNDS ON RUSH FEES AND REPAIR CHARGES

OUR WARRANTY
We guarantee your satisfaction with a one year warranty* that covers not only the repair(s) we performed... but any failure that arises for one year after the repair (other than user damage, dirt, power surges, etc.) It's like buying a phone from the manufacturer... but at a low repair price! REIMBURSEMENT OF WARRANTY SHIPPING
If you send in a piece of equipment for warranty repair and the warranty is valid (within warranty period, warranty sticker not tampered with, no customer abuse or power surges, etc.), we pay for ground shipping back to you.

Upon request, we'll cover your warranty inbound shipping (ground only, our UPS rate) or dispatch a UPS driver to your location at our expense ONLY under the following circumstances:

	For the the original repair, you told us what the problem was and we were able to duplicate it.
	The problem was/is not intermittent or delayed.
	The unit failed within 5 days of your receiving it back from us (i.e., out-of-box failure).
	The warranty failure is the same problem as the original and we're able to duplicate it again.
	The warranty is valid.

REFUNDS ON RUSH FEES

Upon request, we'll refund any rush fees on an item that fails under warranty provided:

For the the original repair, you told us what the problem was and we were able to duplicate it.

The problem was/is not intermittent or delayed.

The unit failed within 5 days of your receiving it back from us (i.e., out-of-box failure).

The warranty failure is the same problem as the original and we're able to duplicate it again.

The warranty is valid.

REFUNDS ON REPAIR CHARGES (Three strikes and we're out.)

Upon request, we'll refund your repair charges under the following conditions:

You told us what the problem was the first time you sent your equipment in and we were able to duplicate it.

You gave us an opportunity to repair it under warranty and we were able to duplicate the same problem.

It still fails after two attempts with the same defect and you give us an opportunity to verify.

The warranty is valid.

* Cordless phones and answering machines have a 90 day warranty.
