HOW TO SEND US YOUR EQUIPMENT FOR REPAIR HOW TO PAY

TURNAROUND

When we receive your phones we will immediately put them in our production schedule to be repaired and refurbished. Our turnaround time is generally under ten business days once we receive your equipment. Answering machines 4-6 weeks.*

We'll notify you when your order is ready to ship, but feel free to call us or e-mail us for status of your order. A real person will answer the phone and will promptly give you the status of your order and an estimated ship date. Our job is to give you worry free service!

On most items we also 5 day and 24 hour rush service. Email us for details. (Answering machines have a 4-6 week turnaround rush service not available.) If you want rush service:

	You must write "5 DAY RUSH" or "24 HOUR RUSH" in BIG BOLD letters on the outside of the box by the shipping label and also on your packing list. (Your packing list doesn't have to be fancy; handwritten is OK, and just tell us your name, address, phone number, and a description of the problem).
	If you want expedited return shipping, you MUST indicate so in BIG BOLD print on your packing list. This includes rush orders and orders that you send to us with expedited shipping.

* We do all repairs in-house. It doesn't take days or weeks to repair a piece of phone equipment... we just have so many people standing in line. Thank you for your patience.

We return all equipment via UPS, FOB our plant.
