MISSING ACCESSORIES & DAMAGED PLASTIC

MISSING ACCESSORIES

Our repair prices include replacing all defective parts (electronic components) required to repair your phone, as well cosmetically refurbishing your phone to as like-new condition as possible. Repair prices also include repairing the handset, so be sure to include it with your order. Also covered in our flat repair prices are: a new handset cord, a new line cord and new paper for speed dial lenses and directory trays, when available.

If your phone is missing such accessories as the handset, basemount, plastic lens, directory tray, buttons and keycaps, we will replace them if available but we charge a nominal surcharge. Because of the many brands and models of phones we handle, we do not provide a pricelist for these surcharges. Our customers find these surcharges reasonable, but if you want to know what they are ahead of time, feel free to phone or e-mail us.

Most of our customers want such missing items replaced. Therefore, we will automatically replace such missing accessories at nominal surcharge unless you tell us in your packing list not to replace them. If you forget to tell us not to replace a missing item, no problem; you can return it to us within 10 days for a refund.

 

DAMAGED PLASTIC

At a rule, we do not replace damaged plastic. What you send in to us is what you get back, only thoroughly cleaned and polished. Damage may be in the form of chips, cracks, dings, sun-yellowing, peeling, etc. We will do our best to minimize these problems through buffing and polishing, but they will still be there.

If we have replacement plastic in stock and your phone's plastic is excessively damaged, we may call you and offer you the option of having it replaced at an upcharge.
