HOW TO SEND US YOUR EQUIPMENT FOR REPAIR
HOW TO PAY

Getting your
phone equipment repaired is easy: Just box it and ship it to us!
No need to call for an authorization number or to prepay --- we'll
call for your credit card number when your phone's repaired.
(Credit available for schools, universities and other government
institutions - contact us for credit application.) |

 | Step 1
Pack your phones (a used box is OK) and pad them with crumpled newspaper.
No need to call for an authorization number.

 | Step 2
Include a packing list (handwritten is fine)
with your name, address, phone number, and a list of what you're sending
so we can notify you of any discrepancies. Also, if possible, please
include a description of the problem, and whether it's intermittent or
delayed. No need to prepay --- we'll call for your credit card number
when your equipment is repaired. (Credit
available for schools, universities and other government institutions -
contact us for a credit application.)

Be sure your unit is defective
before sending it to us... we charge full repair price for
"No Trouble Found".

If your
equipment has suffered a lightning strike, power surge or liquid damage, it's possible
that surcharges may apply due to above average parts / labor required.
However, we will not proceed without getting your approval, and there is
no charge if you decide to not have us repair your unit. |

post office, or a private shipper? Let us dispatch a UPS driver
right to your door for pickup! |

When we receive your phones we will immediately put them
in our production schedule to be repaired and refurbished. Our turnaround
time is generally under ten business days once we receive your equipment. Cordless phones and
answering machines 4-6 weeks.* We'll notify you when your order is ready to
ship, but feel free to call us or e-mail us for status of your order. A
real person will answer the phone and will promptly give you the status of
your order and an estimated ship date. Our job is to give you worry free
service!
