Q: How do I
pay?
A: We'll call for your credit card number when your equipment is repaired
& ready to ship back to you --- no need to prepay!
Q: How do I
send my phones to you for repair?
A: Just box and ship (UPS, US Mail,
etc.) to the address to the right --- no need to call ahead to get
approval or a return authorization number. Just be sure to include a
packing list (handwritten is fine) telling us your name, address, phone
number and a list of what you're sending. If possible, please describe the
problem(s) each item is exhibiting. That's it!
