Hello, and thanks for visiting!
"Preferred Telecomm? Who the heck are these
guys?" you may be asking. Good question! Especially since you may be entrusting us with your phone equipment!
We've been in business since 1988, and repairing
(and selling) telephone equipment is all we've ever done. We started
out handling one brand, but now we handle over 125 systems and we're a
subsidiary of an FCC
Equipment Authorization System Grantee corporation. Our refurbishers and
repair technicians* have been with us an average of ten years, and we operate
out of a 8,000 square foot repair facility located in sunny
southern California. For some of you that's on the other side of the country,
but we're really as close as your local UPS driver.
We serve customers nationwide, including small to
large business, school districts and government agencies... even little old
ladies with single-line phones. No customer is too large for us to handle, and
no customer is too small to receive our utmost care and attention!
Besides repairing telephone equipment (we handle
it all --- phones, cards, control units, power supplies), we realize that part
of our job is to provide you with peace of mind. If you ever want to know

We charge three flat prices:
$59 for any standard business phone (includes handset), $69 for any
speakerphone, and $79 for any display phone. Includes: all parts and labor to
repair all functional defects (not just the one you send it in
for), labor to refurbish (clean and polish) your phone to as like new condition
as possible, new handset cord, line cord, and paper. Our work is backed by a
limited one year
warranty that covers any defect**, not just the original repair. We also repair
other phone equipment and systems, such
as KSUs, cards & power supplies.

Return shipping charges are: $10.00 for the
first item (phone, card, KSU, module, etc.), $2.00 each for 2nd through 5th
items, and $1.00 each for 6th item and beyond, plus a nominal fee for insurance. [Exception:
Alaska and Hawaii are charged actual 2nd day air shipping.] Payment is credit card
only; we will call you for your credit card number.
